Rule 12
Provisions relating to investigation<br>
(1) If the Center feels that there has been any irregularity in the work being edited by the government office or public institution, the Center may depute any officer-level employee working in the Center to investigate the matter.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who is assigned for the investigation shall provide the necessary information, information, details and documents requested by the relevant government office or the head of the public institution.
(3) On the basis of the information, information, details and documents obtained according to sub-rule (2), if the investigating officer sees that there is a need to get more information about something, he may request written information in that regard from the relevant officer, employee or any other person.
(4) If the investigating officer deems the assistance of other agencies to be necessary in the course of the investigation, he may request assistance from such agency and if such assistance is requested, it shall be the duty of the related agency to provide assistance.
(5) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who conducts the investigation shall submit a report with his opinion to the center within seven days of completion of the work entrusted to him.
(6) If it appears from the report received according to sub-rule (5) that action should be taken against any employee or person, the center shall send it in writing to the relevant body.
